Terms of Use

These terms apply when you play Not Again, Biscuit! (the "game") on this website. The game is made by ANGEL TECH CORPORATION INDUSTRIES L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.

1. Playing the game

The game is free to play and is supported by ads. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Who owns the game

The game, including its code, artwork, 3D models, characters (including Biscuit), names, text, sounds and design, belongs to ANGEL TECH CORPORATION INDUSTRIES L.L.C. and is protected by copyright and other laws. ANGEL TECH™ is a trademark of ANGEL TECH CORPORATION HOLDING L.C., used under license. Except for the right to play described above, no rights are given to you.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or rehost the game, or show it inside another website or app.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the game, or extract its code, artwork, models or sounds.
• Make games or other works based on the game's code, artwork or characters.
• Use bots, scripts or other automation to play the game.
• Interfere with the ads, including by generating fake ad views or clicks.
• Use the game in any way that breaks the law or harms others.

4. Ads

The game shows ads from Google and other third parties. We're not responsible for advertisers or their products. Rewarded ads are optional: a second chance is given only when the ad plays to the end, and an ad isn't always available.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how ads use cookies.

6. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the game will always be available or free of errors.

7. Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ANGEL TECH CORPORATION INDUSTRIES L.L.C. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the game, and our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

8. Enforcement

If you break these terms, we may block your access to the game and use any remedies available under the law, including those for copyright and trademark infringement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
