Not Again, Biscuit!

Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026

Not Again, Biscuit! (the "game") is made by ANGEL TECH CORPORATION INDUSTRIES L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is collected when you play the game on this website, and how it is used.

What the game saves on your device

The game saves your best run and your settings (sound and camera bounce) in your browser's local storage, so they're still there next time you play. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it.

We don't ask for your name, email address or any account, and the game doesn't send your gameplay to us.

Advertising

The game is free and shows ads from Google, through Google AdSense and its ads for web games.

Some ads are optional: when you're caught, you can choose to watch an ad for a second chance. The second chance is given only if the ad plays to the end, and an ad isn't always available.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland

Before ads use cookies or personal data, a consent message provided by Google asks for your choice. You can change your choice at any time with the privacy settings link that message adds to the page.

If you're in a US state with privacy laws, such as California

You may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link shown on the page to opt out.

Other services the game uses

To run, the game loads its 3D graphics library from cdnjs (run by Cloudflare) and its fonts from Google Fonts, and the site is served by our hosting provider. Like any website, these services receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when your browser requests files from them, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.

Children

The game is made for teens and adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll take appropriate steps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
